Technology Explained

PETCHAMP’s licensing and registration solution is entirely web-based and does not require participating counties, municipalities or parishes to allocate any physical or technological assets in support of their pet-licensing programs.

Our entire site is built with responsive screen displays and is hosted on PETCHAMP servers. Each community receives its own customized microsite from PETCHAMP (example: Boston.PETCHAMP.com).

The PETCHAMP program functions are available 24/7 from any Internet-connected device. Local governments are not required to commit any of their resources for system maintenance, infrastructure management, system growth, or security as part of the PETCHAMP plan.

Because PETCHAMP is committed to the highest levels of customer satisfaction, your community’s network uptime and server availability are our highest priorities.
